Privacy Policy

This survey is run by Mindwrks on behalf of Neologic Engineers, to collect feedback from Neologic Engineers's customers. This policy explains what information the survey collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By ticking the consent box at the start of the survey, you agree to this policy.

1. Who is responsible

Neologic Engineers decides why customer feedback is collected and how it is used. Mindwrks provides and operates the survey platform and processes your information on Neologic Engineers's instructions. Questions about this policy can be sent to either of us using the contact details in section 9.

2. What we collect

• Details you enter: your organisation's name and your name.
• Your answers: your ratings, your recommendation, and any comments you write.
• Your consent: the wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed.
• An anonymous browser identifier: a random code stored in a cookie on your device, so the survey can keep your answers separate from other people's and recognise that you have already responded. It does not identify you by name.
• Invitation details: if you were invited by email, your email address and name, as provided by Neologic Engineers.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to include any in your comments.

3. How we use it

• To understand how satisfied customers are and where Neologic Engineers can improve its products and services.
• To prepare summaries, charts and reports for Neologic Engineers.
• To follow up with you about something you raised, if Neologic Engineers chooses to.
• To send you survey invitations and reminders on Neologic Engineers's behalf.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who can see it

• Neologic Engineers: its authorised staff can see individual responses and reports.
• Mindwrks: the people who operate the survey.
• Service providers who help us run the survey, such as our email delivery provider (MSG91) and our hosting provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, if the law requires us to share it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your responses for 3 months from the date you submit them, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will. We keep them longer only if the law requires us to.

6. How we protect it

Responses are stored on servers operated by Mindwrks. Only authorised people can sign in to see them, and connections to the survey are encrypted. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Cookies and your device

The survey uses one cookie to hold the anonymous browser identifier described above, and it saves your answers in your browser as you go so you can stop and come back. These are needed for the survey to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct or update it,
• delete it, or
• withdraw your consent. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

You can also raise a complaint with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights or ask a question, email contact@mindwrks.in, or reply to the email that invited you to the survey. Please tell us your organisation and name so we can find your response.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make an important change, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
