These terms apply when you use this survey. The survey is operated by Mindwrks on behalf of Neologic Engineers. By ticking the consent box at the start of the survey, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Taking part
Taking part is voluntary. You can skip questions that are marked optional, skip sections that don't apply to you, and stop at any time. Nothing is sent until you press Submit.
2. Your answers
- Please answer honestly and on behalf of the organisation you name.
- Do not include other people's personal information, confidential business information, or anything unlawful, abusive or offensive in your comments.
- You allow Neologic Engineers and Mindwrks to use your answers as described in the Privacy Policy, including in anonymised or summarised reports.
3. Using the survey
Please use the survey only to give your own feedback. Do not try to access other people's responses, interfere with how the survey works, or submit responses automatically.
4. The platform
The survey platform, its design and its software belong to Mindwrks. The questions and the name and logo of Neologic Engineers belong to Neologic Engineers. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond taking part in the survey.
5. Availability
We try to keep the survey available and working, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Your answers are saved in your browser as you go, so you can continue if something goes wrong.
6. Liability
The survey is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Mindwrks and Neologic Engineers are not responsible for any indirect loss arising from your use of the survey. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
